Guys - this is my first pictorial. Am I doing it wrong? I kind of liked it. Its not completely comprehensive but I think it's a good start. For the eyeshadow I used The Balm's Meet Matte Nude and Urban Decay Naked Basics, but it basically just consists of a cream base, peachy transition and warm brown outer V. Most of the products can be found here in my last post.

What's in my makeup bag?
I know what you're thinking. Ted Baker? She's way to cheap for that - and you'd be right, I got this from eBay, listing here. 10/10 would recommend. I actually really like this, it's quite deceptively large , I feel like Mary Poppins I could keep pulling things out. I've tried a lot of makeup bags in the past and this is probably my favorite along with an old waffle weave that ultimately met its doom.

Blue Scandal/Cyber Monday 40% off haul
I'd always heard people on r/AustralianMakeup discussing this site but never really gave it a second thought, until I was over BeautyJoints shenanigans and into 40% off. So I took the opportunity to pick up some newer NYX things I'd been eying and a couple extras. Some things I wanted were out of stock (Maybelline Baby Skin, Soft Matte Lip creams) but they still had a fairly good range. They carry most of the same brands and Beauty Joint but a smaller range of each, but they have frequent sales - Right now they still have 30% off sale. So, here is my Cyber Monday aka. NYX and 3 other things haul.

Ebay contour kit review & comparisons
You know that vortex you get stuck in when you go eBay shopping.. and order upwards of twenty things.. no? Just me? Well it happened. Phone cases (why did I need 4?), jewellery and a couple makeup bits.
Here I'll be reviewing a contour duo i picked up and comparing it to some other popular contour kits/options. This was $5.35AU and it took about 20 days to arrive. I also got one of the 6 pan kits that hasn't arrived yet.

Priceline 40% off haul #3
I was disappointment that my Priceline didn't have any stock of the L'oreal lumi in N1 (much less any other fair colours) and FOA wasn't carried at all. I did pick up a few good things though, here are my first impressions.

Anastasia First impressions/Reveiw
Recently I ordered the Anastasia DipBrow pomade in Blonde and the brow powder duo in Taupe. These are a rarity for us Aussies to find, I've seen a few sites that ship it such as Beauty Bay and the Anastasia Australia website. I actually got these from the American website which ships for $18, but the price is quite fair considering you are buying at US prices, making it a better deal if you plan on buying more then one thing. Shipping was very quick and took less than a week. The Dipbrow was $18 and the powder was $23.

Favorite drugstore foundations - Fair & dry skin
Foundations are one of my favorite products to try out, and I think now I've got a collection of really well performing foundations. These are all drugstore but in Australia they range from about $20-$35.
Since foundations tend to be one of the most expensive things I purchase with the most uncertainty of liking them, I like do a lot of research and hold a list while I wait for a sale.
When I look for a foundation I like them to be light yellow toned, help to cancel out my redness, not cake up on my dry skin and last at least 8 hours.

Buying all the things - huge collective haul/ some first impressions
I went a little crazy buying things this month - no regrets. There were some awesome sales and just some new products I'd been trying to get since they were released in the US.
First up - Priceline 40% off haul. Priceline is our only real "drugstore" that sells a wide variety of makeup at ridiculous Australian prices but a couple times a year they have a 40% off sale. I found out about it a few days early thanks to someone on r/AustralianMUA. Even with the 40% off it was still more expensive then regular price in the US. Makes me cry little tears.
